Strange Place to…

23 04 2008

Yesterday evening, while travelling to the airport to drop off Larissa, I came across a small traffic jam. This was on 3 lane road leading to the entrance to the airport itself.  After a minute or so we saw what the cause of the problem was.  There was a battered old Toyota Corolla parked diagonally across two lanes at a funny angle.  As we drove past it became clear that there was a large Arab busy changing a tire!!  He didn’t give  a toss that he was causing gridlock around the airport and never mind the fact he could have drive about 3 metres more and parked in the layby area at the side of the road.  Absolutely incredible.
